Wir suchen einen Pächter für das Agriturismo „Villa Liverzano“ in
Brisighella (Ravenna, Emilia Romagna). Die Villa aus dem 17. Jahrhundert
befindet sich auf den sonnigen Hügeln rund um Brisighella und wurde vor
wenigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Das Agriturismo verfügt über 7 Zimmer, 2
Suiten, Restaurant, Infinity-Pool und einen Saunabereich. Eine
Wohnmöglichkeit für eine Pächterfamilie ist vorhanden.
Die Villa ist von ca. 33 ha Land umgeben, davon ca. 3,5 ha Weingarten und
ca. 5 ha Olivenhain. In der Landwirtschaft werden Bio-Weine, DOP-Olivenöl,
Grappa und Gin produziert.
Fließende Italienischkenntnisse unbedingt erforderlich. Ausbildung als
„operatore agrituristico“ erwünscht.
Pachtvertrag sowohl für das Agriturismo alleine als auch für die gesamte
Landwirtschaft möglich.
