Secluded area of 8000 m2 is surrounded by a fine pine forest. There is a private
coastline of about 300m. The coast is equipped with a pier. Structures on the site: the
main house, outbuilding, utility building. The house of 130 m2 was built in 2007. It is
designed for permanent residence. The house is made according to Norwegian
technology, totally handmade from the winter Siberian pine logs of 40 cm diameter.

kitchen, bath complex (sauna, shower, toilet), hall, separate toilet, large terrace. On the
second floor: loft , balcony, 2 more bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with furniture
and all necessary appliances: fridge, cooker hood, microwave, stove. Heating: electric,
fireplace, floor heating. Local Communications: a well, septic tank Building of an
another house of up to 150 m2 is permitted on the homestead. Any construction in the
surrounding woods is prohibited. 
The house is situated on Hanhijarvi lake next to Enonkoski town in Eastern Finland.
Eastern Finland is known for its lakes, islands, channels and sand beaches. Ecological
areas, ski resorts, as well as extensive cultural life make the region suitable for a wide
